EmeryatSTM: 05 EVO Project: Ricer
Another year, another set-up and hopefully more broken records :twisted:
This car has been on the stock motor for 4 years of racing and 46,149 miles. The head had never been off the car (obviously until now.)

Emery, with the help of the whole STM crew, pushed this 4g63 to it's absolute limits time and time again- and eventually beyond...
10.0@138
10.16@142.8
10.10@142.1
10.1@137
10.2@136
10.3@137
10.4@135
10.8@140
This car has been abused! I literally have over 160+ videos of this car full throttle.
2005 = 12's
2006 = 11's
2007 = High 10's
2008 = 10.04
2009 = ???
As of today, this car holds the record of Fastest and Quickest Stock Block Evo VIII on the Planet! Kinda cool to know we have pushed this motor harder than anyone... ever.
So... here's the fun part... CARNAGE!

Let's all thanks Gleason for the great video coverage!

Pretty cool, you can stil see the cross-hatching of the (other) 3 cylinders.

Alot of internet haters didn't want to believe it was a stock block- can't ask for more proof than that video and pictures!

There are alot more carnage pictures here:

So, ovbiously, we are going fully built motor for 2009. Currently AMS and Buschur are offering amazing deals for us to have THEIR motor in the RICER... which is flattering to say the least. When we make a decision, we'll let you all know.
Here's what we've done this far:

So, the main concern this year is the motor, weight reduction, cage and... a parachute :twisted:
Stay Tuned.
